The seventh movie in the Star Wars saga, Star Wars: Episode VII-The Force Awakens, is set 30 years after the sixth movie. It contains many familiar elements including many of the same characters, the Skywalker family mythology, and another Death Star-type weapon. As for the plot, the galaxy is facing a new threat from Kylo Ren, played by Adam Driver, and the First Order, which stems from the old Galactic Empire. When a defector named Finn crash-lands on a deserted planet, he meets Rey, played by Daisy Ridley. Rey is a tough scavenger whose new droid BB-8 contains a piece of a map that is key to finding Skywalker, the last Jedi. Together, the duo joins forces with Han Solo, played by Harrison Ford, to make sure the Resistance receives the fragile intelligence concerning the location of Luke Skywalker, played by Mark Hamill. Throughout the movie, many thrilling events occur, keeping the audience on edge the entire time. “I think the fans are going to love it. It’s very much the kind of movie they’ve been looking for,” says George Lucas, creator of the original six Star Wars movies.
