Serving size: 12 treats


  • 6 cups rice crispy cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


  • Spread the pumpkin purée on paper towels and let sit for about 45 minutes to reduce moisture. Alternatively, reduce pumpkin to ⅛ cup.
  • In a large pan on medium low heat, melt butter and add marshmallows.
  • Add pumpkin purée, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice to mixture.
  • Add rice crispy cereal and stir
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 baking pan
  • Cover with parchment paper and press into the pan
  • Allow to cool and enjoy!
