Are you looking for a tasty way to spice up Spring? Look no further! This is a fun and easy way to brighten up a rainy May day…

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package of white cake mix (yields 18 servings)
  • 3 Large eggs
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup water
  • Food coloring of your choice
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. To start off, preheat your oven to 350℉
  2. Meanwhile,  combine the cake mix, eggs, butter, and  water using an electric mixer on low for one minute, then mix on high for one minute
  3. Divide the batter into at most five bowls (one for every color of food coloring you have)
  4. Add a few drops of food coloring into each bowl and stir until it’s the color you want
  5. Get out your muffin pan and line it with cupcake liners. Drop a spoonful of onc color of batter into each muffin cups, until it is ⅔ full
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes
  7. Frost tops and decorate with sprinkles
  8. Enjoy!
