Since it is finally springtime and the weather is getting warmer, it is a perfect time to try out some new healthy, delicious smoothie recipes to keep you refreshed. This is a recipe for a vegan smoothie that looks and tastes amazing. It will make two servings. It is super fast and easy to make and you can even drink it on the go!
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup (optional)
- 1 peach (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup of orange juice
Instructions:
- In a blender, mix the raspberries, almond milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and if it is too thick you may add more almond milk. Taste the smoothie and add maple syrup if desired.
- Pour the mixture into two separate glasses, filling each halfway.
- Rinse the blender and mix the chopped peach and orange juice until smooth.
- Pour the peach mixture on top of the raspberry mixture in both glasses. It will blend naturally and create a pretty marble effect.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
