Spring Acai Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 ½ cups of frozen or fresh fruit
- 1 packet acai pulp
- 1 handful of granola
- 1 cup of fresh fruit
- Optional Nutella, peanut butter or honey
Steps
- Blend the milk, frozen or fresh fruit, and acai pulp together until a smooth blend.
- Pour the base into the bowl
- Top the bowl with your granola.
- Slice your fresh fruit and scatter it over the granola.
- Drizzle the nutella, peanut butter, or honey over the whole bowl.
